The winning teams of the 'Organizational Design in Action' project have been carrying out an analytical study for four major companies: BAT Group, Euronda, Mixcycling and P&G.

Students taking the Organizational Development & Behaviour course of our Master’s degree in Business Administration were divided in 5 groups and presented a report on the strengths and weaknesses of the firms' business systems and proposed organisational improvements.
